"This podcast is not simply a discussion by two 30-somethings talking about being trans-national, trans-racial adoptees from South Korea and their experiences integrating into American families. It is also a discussion on being American. The universally relatable story of trying to fit in while trying to also understand who you are and where you come from is ever present. Their unique stories of coming to America was not something I had been seeking, but certainly one that is immensely important for not only me, but all people to hear.”

“They create an atmosphere where it feels comfortable to listen to and learn from uncomfortable topics. One of the few podcasts I can actually listen to in one sitting and feel genuinely interested and engaged.”

“I listen to all the KAD podcasts, but I really appreciate how real and raw you were in telling your stories. It’s really giving me insight into what our son might go through someday.”

“Thank you for this podcast. I feel seen, heard, and recognized as a member of a community - where I had none growing up, stuck in a void, not belonging anywhere. Thank you!”
